This study aims to obtain empirical evidence related the effect of dividend policy, investment decisions, leverage, profitability, and firm size on value. The population this is all manufacturing companies listed Indonesian stock exchange in 2015-2019 with 30 as samples. Determination sample using purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing uses panel data regression. results showed that policy does not affect value, decisions do leverage affects positively profitability
